MO: What team or individual performance are you most proud of?

WM: So far in the season, I’m most proud of the way our team played in the weekend against St. Ignatius and Hargrave Military Academy. They were two tough back to back games that the team played very well in.

MO: What is the coolest part of being a member of the basketball team?

WM: The coolest part is the feeling of being a part of another family. We are all so close and enjoy being around each other.

MO: What is the hardest part of being on the basketball team?

WM: One of the hardest parts is being focused day in and day out, whether it’s for a practice or a game.

MO: What advice would you give to a young athlete?

WM: My advice would be to just go out and have fun with the game.

MO: What have you learned from sports that has helped you in other aspects of your life?

WM: Playing basketball all my life has definitely built my work ethic. Working hard at basketball has carried over to working hard in the classroom and other aspects of my life.

MO: What is your go to pregame song?

WM: I listen to a bunch of different genres but I’d have to say Intro.

MO: What are your goals for this season for basketball?

WM: Our goal is to win a state championship and we will do anything to achieve that goal.

MO: What is something about yourself most people don’t know?

WM: I go through the same exact routine before every game; I do the same exact stretches and listen to the same songs.

MO: Do you have a favorite sports movie?

WM: Miracle is the all-time best sports movie.

MO: If you had the choice to travel either forward or backward in time, which would you choose? Why?

WM: If I could travel back in time, I’d go back to when our team traveled to California because our team got so much closer and the weather was a lot warmer.
